The National Balloon Classic is a weather-dependent event and tickets are nonrefundable.

Ticket fees will be added at checkout for each ticket purchased. Tickets are valid July 25 - August 2, 2025, only.

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket Holder agrees to the following terms:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The Holder acknowledges that there are risks and dangers associated with the National Balloon Classic, including but not limited to the risk of harm to persons or property arising from the operation of hot air balloons and crowded outdoor entertainment events. The Holder expressly assumes all risk and danger arising from or incidental to the National Balloon Classic, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual National Balloon Classic session
for which the ticket is used (“session”). The Holder expressly releases the National Balloon Classic facilities, management, promoters, participants, vendors, and the ticketing agency and/or ticketing services provider, and all of their own officers, directors, employees, contractors, and volunteers (collectively “management”) from any and all claims that the Holder has or may have that arise from or are incidental to the National Balloon Classic, including claims arising out of negligence of management.

PERMISSION TO USE IMAGE OR LIKENESS. The Holder acknowledges that all events at the Memorial Balloon Field may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and grants permission for the Holder’s image or likeness to be used in any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the session/events.

NO REFUNDS. Session date and time are subject to change. Balloon flights and inflation times are subject to change without notice. If the session for which the ticket was issued is rescheduled or cancelled, the Holder shall not be entitled to a refund except as otherwise required by law. This ticket bears no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. This ticket is not subject to exchange, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the intended use for which it was issued. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and worthless. Management reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Holder by these terms.

RESERVATION OF MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct or hygiene is deemed by Management, or Management’s sole discretion, to be undesirable, including (but not limited to) disorderly conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, or failure to follow Management rules, policies, and directions. Undesirable conduct of any kind will
automatically terminate this license and all rights of the Holder. The exercise of Management’s ejection rights hereunder does not entitle the Holder to a refund of the
ticket price or any part thereof. This ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket, at Management’s discretion.

National Balloon Classic does not authorize third-party vendors to sell tickets online; only tickets sold through our website and official retail locations are authorized. Beware
of purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors, as we cannot guarantee the price's fairness, the sale's legitimacy, or the ticket's validity.
